Job summary

AEG Presents in Nashville is seeking a Director Touring to lead financial and operational execution of national and international tours from launch to closeout. You will supervise managers and road staff, ensure accurate settlements, and coordinate with venue teams to ensure flawless tours.

You will partner with Ticketing, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Production to resolve issues, implement best practices, and drive consistency across touring operations while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 6-8 years related work experience.
• Understanding of accounting and ability to complete accurate show settlements (incl. currency considerations).
• Understanding of touring music business domestic and international.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, venues, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively on tour.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial management of assigned national and international tours, including artist settlements, venue settlements, expense reconciliation, revenue reporting, foreign currency considerations, contractual settlements, and final tour closeout activities.
• Serve as AEG's senior representative for assigned arena, stadium, and international touring, maintaining relationships with artist management and venue teams throughout the tour.
• Oversee internal collaboration across Ticketing, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Production, and road touring teams for successful tour execution.
• Resolve complex operational, financial, artist-related, and customer service issues to minimize disruptions and maintain tour continuity.
• Provide guidance and support to Managers, Senior Managers, and touring personnel on settlements, artist relations, ticketing, and operational matters.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of touring personnel and road staff while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive consistency.
