Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Senior Director, Total Rewards & Payroll to lead Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits across a growing multi-state and international workforce. You will shape enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategy, benchmark compensation, and drive governance to support IPS's expansion.

The ideal candidate balances strategic direction with hands-on leadership, building strong teams and partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and operations to align programs with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive leadership across Payroll, Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits.
• Experience leading payroll operations in multi-state environments with governance.
• Global payroll and Total Rewards experience preferred.
• Experience guiding growth, transformation, and acquisition-driven change.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits at scale.
• Develop enterprise compensation strategy including benchmarking and governance.
• Oversee payroll operations across multi-state and expanding global workforce.
• Advance Total Rewards strategy and employee experience.
• Lead M&A integration, due diligence, and program harmonization.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and operations to align programs.
• Drive process automation, analytics, and governance.
