Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) seeks a Senior Director, Total Rewards & Payroll to lead payroll, compensation, and benefits across a multi-state and expanding global workforce. You will align programs with business goals, oversee governance, and drive scalable, compliant processes in a growth-driven, acquisition-led environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strategic direction, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Payroll, Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Operations.
• Experience leading payroll in multi-state environments with compliance and governance.
• Global payroll and Total Rewards experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to scale with growth.
• Oversee multi-state payroll operations and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop enterprise compensation strategy, salary structures, and governance.
• Lead the design and renewal of employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
• Drive an integrated Total Rewards strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Lead M&A integrations for Total Rewards and payroll programs.
