IFF is seeking a Director, Global Payroll to lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function as it transitions to a standalone organization. You will drive Day 1 readiness, ongoing operational excellence, and future-state ownership of payroll across 45+ countries and ~5,700 employees.

The role requires hands-on transformation leadership, vendor management, and close partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, and IT to ensure compliant and scalable payroll

Qualifications

• Extensive global payroll leadership experience within a complex multinational organization.
• Proven track record leading payroll implementations, transitions, or transformations across multiple countries.
• Strong project management, vendor governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of payroll compliance, tax, and regulatory requirements across countries.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function for the business as it transitions to a standalone entity.
• Drives Day 1 readiness and steady-state operations across 45+ countries and 5,700 employees.
• Own vendor coordination, milestones, risks, and governance for the global payroll program.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax, IT and business leaders to ensure compliant, scalable payroll.
• Serve as US Payroll Lead in the future-state organization.
