This role partners with executive leadership to guide compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards, driving modernization to enhance employee experience and compliance across the function.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in total rewards, compensation, or benefits leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in global organizations with complex compensation functions.
• Proven track record in developing executive compensation and payroll strategies.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and vendor relationships.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, especially with C-suite executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global total rewards strategy to align with business priorities.
• Provide strategic advice on compensation and benefits to executive leadership and HR teams.
• Develop a balanced roadmap that focuses on employee experience and compliance in total rewards.
• Oversee the design and governance of global compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead global payroll operations and vendor performance management.
• Modernize total rewards through improved technology and processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on total rewards during organizational changes.
