Job summary
RMI is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Lead to own compensation, benefits, LOA policy, and people analytics for a global workforce. Reporting to the Director of Talent & People Operations, you will architect the Total Rewards function with accountability for strategy, benchmarking, and program design.
This senior individual contributor role requires 7+ years in Total Rewards, strong analytics, and experience across geographies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards, Compensation or Benefits experience.
- Experience supporting a global workforce across geographies and employment types.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS; dashboards and analytics reporting.
- Knowledge of US benefits compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and international benefits structures.
- Experience with LOA frameworks and third-party administrator management.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex compensation and benefits information.
- Ability to own a function independently and influence outcomes.
- Experience with compensation survey participation and market pricing methods.
Responsibilities
- Own, lead, and evolve global compensation strategy and annual cycle.
- Lead benefits program strategy and design for US and global programs.
- Own LOA policy design and oversight across leave programs.
- Own and lead compensation and benefits analytics and benchmarking.
- Partner with People Partners and hiring managers on offers and equity reviews.
- Collaborate with Finance on headcount modeling and workforce planning.
