Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Total Rewards or HR analytics in a global organization.
• Experience delivering scalable dashboards and analytics.
• Expertise with Power BI and advanced Excel; Python preferred.
• Strong data governance and privacy awareness.
• Familiarity with Workday data structures.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics, dashboards, and data models for Total Rewards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology to deliver insights.
• Develop scalable reporting solutions and automation.
• Assess program effectiveness using ROI and KPIs.
• Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
