ADARx Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Director of Total Rewards & HRIS to lead the global total rewards strategy, including compensation, equity, and benefits programs, with governance oversight and collaboration with Finance, Legal, and IT.

This role reports to the Chief People Officer and partners with executives to optimize a scalable rewards infrastructure. The position emphasizes executive compensation, equity planning, benchmarking, and oversight of People Business Systems like Workday,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in compensation, benefits, executive comp, or total rewards.
• 5+ years leading Total Rewards or Compensation functions.
• Deep expertise in executive compensation and equity governance.
• Experience with HR technology platforms (Workday, ADP, ATS).
• Strong understanding of compensation regulations and governance.
• Experience preparing materials for Compensation Committees and Boards.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and business acumen skills.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of global total rewards strategy aligned to growth.
• Design and evaluate compensation, equity, and benefits programs.
• Ensure programs are market-competitive and fiscally responsible.
• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on compensation strategy.
