ADARx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Director, Total Rewards & HRIS to lead global compensation, equity, benefits, and People systems initiatives, reporting to the Chief People Officer.

The role collaborates with Finance, Legal, and IT, oversees compensation planning, governance, equity programs, and supports the Compensation Committee and Board with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation/benefits/total rewards experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in Total Rewards or Compensation.
• Expertise in executive compensation and governance.
• Experience with Workday, ADP, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead global total rewards, compensation, equity, and benefits programs.
• Oversee compensation design, planning, and benchmarking.
• Govern equity programs and executive compensation.
• Provide governance for People Systems and data analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to align strategy.
• Support Compensation Committee and Board reporting.
