Arcadia is seeking a Senior Director of Total Rewards & People Operations to design scalable compensation and benefits and to lead global HRIS, compliance, and people data initiatives. This role will partner with regional leaders to ensure compliant, competitive programs across sites while driving AI-enabled processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive compensation, equity plans, and analytics, with experience managing distributed teams in a fast-growth tech environment.

Formación

• Typically 10+ years of global compensation and benefits experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
• Subject matter expert in executive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Hands-on expertise across equity vehicles (ISO/NSO/RSU, ESPP) and compensation tools.
• Technical knowledge of compensation design and executive programs.
• Track record of scalable rewards programs for high-growth companies.
• Fluency with AI and automation in HR operations and compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME on total rewards and global People Operations.
• Lead a team of 4 direct reports across Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and People Ops/Compliance.
• Champion AI/automation adoption in total rewards and People Ops.
• Design competitive total rewards programs aligned with Arcadia's values.
• Partner with Finance on performance reviews, bonuses, and total rewards statements.
• Collaborate with executives on equity programs and grant guidelines.
• Own benchmarking and pay equity analyses with external partners.
• Oversee global HRIS, compliance, policies, and people data.
