TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a seasoned compensation leader to design and manage a global pay framework. You will link pay to capabilities and outcomes, shape short- and long-term incentives with cross-functional leaders, and provide AI-powered insights into pay fairness and transparency.

This role drives fast growth with a lean structure and a people-centric total rewards approach.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation or total rewards, global programs across Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
• Hands-on job architecture experience with light structure in a fast-moving business.
• Experience designing sales compensation and short- and long-term incentive plans.
• Strong financial modeling skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
• Working knowledge of Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation.
• Fluency with people analytics and AI tools, and turning pay data into real-time insight.

Responsabilités

• Own TrendAI's global compensation strategy, policies and programs across base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives and recognition.
• Advise senior leaders, HR business partners and recruiters on offers, promotions, retention and organization changes.
• Partner with PE&A on compensation data, analytics and Workday configuration, and with Finance on budgets and cost modeling.
• Prepare compensation proposals and reporting for the CHRO and executive leadership.
• Work with HR's Learning Design & Enablement Partner to train HR teams and managers on pay programs.
• Grow a small compensation team as the function matures.
