Job summary
TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, seeks a senior compensation leader to design and oversee a light, global pay architecture anchored in our pay philosophy. You will link pay to capabilities and outcomes, shaping base pay, incentives, and recognition across regions.
You will partner with Sales, Finance and HR to deliver real-time pay analytics in Workday, drive equity and transparency, and mentor a growing compensation team as the function
Qualifications
- 8+ years in compensation or total rewards, including global programs.
- Hands-on job architecture with light structure for rapid growth.
- Experience designing sales compensation and incentives, cash or phantom equity.
- Strong financial modeling with ability to present to senior leaders.
- Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation knowledge.
- Fluency with people analytics and AI tools for real-time insights.
Responsibilities
- Design a light, flexible pay architecture linked to capabilities and outcomes.
- Shape pay mix and incentives with Sales and Finance.
- Advise leaders on offers, promotions, retention and org changes.
- Partner with PE&A on compensation data and Workday configuration.
- Prepare compensation proposals and reporting for CHRO and executives.
- Train HR teams and managers on pay programs.
- Grow a small compensation team as the function matures.
