Qualifications

• Experience with time and attendance software such as UKG WFM (Kronos), UKG Pro WFM or Dayforce WFM.
• Proven experience in system implementations or upgrades from planning to post-launch.
• Ability to gather requirements, define business objectives and assess technical feasibility.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ITIL/Agile service management practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Configure and maintain time and attendance systems and related rules.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts and perform UAT.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and document gaps in global HR tech.
• Support deployment of changes in production following SDLC and Agile processes.
• Travel as needed to support projects and clients.
