Job summary

Koch Technology is seeking a Business System Analyst to support time and attendance solutions, configure systems, and gather requirements from stakeholders. The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile work practices, and effective problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will design, test, and implement global time and attendance platform technologies, work with vendor support, and contribute to SDLC processes. In-office presence across multiple U.S. locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with time and attendance systems (UKG WFM, Dayforce WFM or UKG Pro WFM).
• Ability to gather requirements and document solutions for HR technology.
• Experience implementing system enhancements and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain time and attendance solutions.
• Gather and document requirements from customers and stakeholders, providing options and recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive test scripts to ensure testing coverage for new features.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations meet needs.
• Resolve, stabilize, and document complex cases related to Global HR technology, including root cause analysis.
• Share and document knowledge, conduct experiments, and improve processes and practices.
• Learn quickly and apply new knowledge to team goals.
• Design, configure, test, and implement global time and attendance platform technologies.
