Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Global Technology Partner Manager to own and grow the strategic Databricks partnership. You will drive program development, joint GTM, and alignment across sales, marketing, and product to accelerate revenue and joint customer value.

You will orchestrate global partner activities, mentor field teams in the US during the first 90 days, and build scalable programs to expand mutual adoption and pipeline across both companies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within data, cloud, and enterprise software.
• Experience managing complex, global relationships.
• Understanding of the modern data stack and value of open data infrastructure — dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent.
• Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level in a global tech organization.
• Strong commercial instincts — able to identify, thoroughly qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities.
• Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire global relationship with Databricks and become the main point of contact for this partner.
• Orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for field sales and pre-sales reps in the US within 90 days.
• Connect the dots between Fivetran Partner Sales Managers and partner sales teams to ensure solution selling and a great customer experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute strategic partner go-to-market efforts.
• Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline development and revenue growth with Databricks.
