Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Global Technology Partner Manager to own and grow our strategic Databricks partnership, accelerating partner development and joint go-to-market initiatives.

You will coordinate across sales, solutions architecture, marketing, and operations, serving as the trusted resource for field teams in the US during the first 90 days and aligning with product and marketing stakeholders. This role reports into the Alliances organization and offers on-target earnings potential,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in data/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience managing complex, global relationships.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack and open data infrastructure (dbt, Fivetran or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the global relationship with Databricks and be the main partner contact.
• Coordinate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.
• Serve as trusted resource for field sales/pre-sales in the US in the first 90 days.
• Connect Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with partner sales teams to enable solution selling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute go-to-market programs.
• Drive mutual customer adoption, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
