Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Global Technology Partner Manager to own and grow our strategic Databricks partnership, accelerating partner development and joint go-to-market initiatives.

You will coordinate across sales, solutions architecture, marketing, and operations, serving as the trusted resource for field teams in the US during the first 90 days and aligning with product and marketing stakeholders. This role reports into the Alliances organization and offers on-target earnings potential,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in data/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience managing complex, global relationships.
• Strong understanding of the modern data stack and open data infrastructure (dbt, Fivetran or equivalent).

About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a Global Technology Partner Manager to own and grow our strategic partnership with Databricks. This role helps to accelerate the partner development process, establishing programs and joint go to market efforts which generate referrals, alongside new business opportunities and an improved customer buying experience. The Alliances team is instrumental to the growth at Fivetran and how we as a company go to market and this role is critical to this in achieving alignment with our most strategic partners.

What You’ll Do

• You will own the entire global relationship with Databricks and become the main point of contact for this partner.
• You will orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.
• You will introduce and establish yourself as a trusted resource for all field sales and pre-sales reps in the US in the first 90 days across this partner in addition to key product and marketing and product stakeholders.
• You will connect the dots between Fivetran Partner Sales Managers and our partner sales teams to ensure the sales team is solution selling with our partners and delivering a delightful customer experience.
• You will work closely with Marketing and Product teams to establish and execute our strategic partner go to market efforts focusing both on repeatable and unique programs.
• You will focus on growing mutual customer adoption, pipeline development and revenue growth across both Fivetran and Databricks.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure — dbt, Fivetran, or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global technology organization
• Strong commercial instincts — able to identify, thoroughly qualify and develop joint pipeline opportunities, not just manage existing relationships
• Track record of operating as a cross-functional orchestrator — influencing without direct authority across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations

This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.

The compensation range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation for the target position and level, and may include sales incentives or target bonuses depending on the role. Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, business need, market demands. OTE (On Target Earning)

$220,640 — $275,801 USD
