Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Global Technology Partner Manager to own and grow the strategic Databricks alliance, driving joint go-to-market programs and a stronger customer experience.

You will coordinate across sales, solution architecture, marketing, and operations to scale partner-led opportunities. You’ll establish yourself as a trusted resource for field teams in the US within 90 days, aligning partner sales with our pipeline strategy while expanding mutual customer adoption and revenue

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management.
• Experience managing global, complex partner relationships.
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack and data infrastructure value.
• Ability to engage credibly with executives and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire global relationship with Databricks.
• Orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations.
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for field sales and pre-sales in the US.
• Connect the dots between Partner Sales Managers and partner sales teams to enable solution selling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute strategic go-to-market programs.
• Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline development and revenue growth.
• Develop and nurture joint pipeline opportunities and new business with partners.
