Job summary

Fivetran in Denver, CO seeks a Global Technology Partner Manager to own the Databricks partnership and drive joint GTM initiatives. You will coordinate across sales, solutions, marketing, and operations to accelerate pipeline and customer value.

You will engage with C-suite and partner stakeholders, build scalable programs, and push for growth in mutual adoption and revenue across both companies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management within the data, cloud, or enterprise software industry
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, global relationships
• Deep understanding of the modern data stack and the business value of open data infrastructure
• Ability to engage credibly at C-suite and partner level within a global technology organization
• Strong commercial instincts — identify and develop joint pipeline opportunities beyond existing relationships
• Track record as a cross-functional orchestrator across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations

Responsibilities

• Own the entire global relationship with Databricks and be the main point of contact for this partner
• Orchestrate across sales, partner solution architecture, marketing, and partner operations
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for field sales and pre-sales in the US during the first 90 days
• Connect the dots between Fivetran Partner Sales Managers and partner sales teams to enable solution selling
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute strategic partner go-to-market programs
• Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline development and revenue across Fivetran and Databricks
