Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or partner management in data/cloud/enterprise software.
• Experience managing complex, global relationships.
• Understanding of the modern data stack and data infrastructure value.
• Ability to engage with C-suite and partner-level stakeholders worldwide.
• Strong instinct to identify and develop joint pipeline opportunities.
• Proven cross-functional orchestration across sales, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the global relationship with Databricks and be the main contact.
• Orchestrate across sales, solution architecture, marketing, and operations.
• Establish yourself as a trusted resource for field sales, pre-sales, and product stakeholders.
• Link Fivetran Partner Sales Managers with partner sales teams to drive solution selling.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to execute strategic partner go-to-market efforts.
• Grow mutual customer adoption, pipeline development, and revenue with Databricks.
