Job summary

OPSWAT, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the OESIS Framework team. You will collaborate with the global Support group to resolve customer technical issues, mentor teammates, and assist with professional services, product integrations, and best practices.

You will build relationships across regions, support the Sales team with demos, and contribute to product development initiatives while focusing on customer satisfaction and secure IT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Support, Professional Services, or similar role.
• Strong technical background with IT environments, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Windows Server.
• Basic understanding of Linux/macOS networking concepts and OS patching.
• Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global OPSWAT Support team to resolve technical issues promptly and within SLAs.
• Act as Technical Account Manager for technically skilled customers.
• Deliver professional services for implementation and integration of OPSWAT OESIS Framework.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular calls and tracked workflows.
• Improve internal issue management processes and coordinate across departments worldwide.
• Develop expertise in OPSWAT products and provide technical insights.
• Support Sales with technical demos and evaluate new product releases.
