Job summary

OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS cybersecurity, seeks a Solution Engineer in Tampa to join our Solution Engineering team. You will travel to customer sites, run demos, and help customers operationalize OPSWAT solutions to protect critical infrastructure and data.

In this role you’ll collaborate with AEs and partners, respond to RFPs, support proof-of-concept projects, and continuously expand your expertise across OPSWAT products while advancing customers toward secure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity or networking with customer-facing exposure.
• Comfort presenting to technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

• Work with AEs and partners to grow OPSWAT business through customer demos, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations.
• Travel to customer sites and trade shows to present and support OPSWAT solutions.
• Collaborate with the CIP lab team to build and refine reusable demos and show kits.
• Manage customer requirements and ensure solution buy-in.
• Respond to RFPs in partnership with field and lab SEs.
• Support proofs of concept, evaluations, and post-sale transitions.
• Provide pre-sales support to drive product proficiency
