Job summary
Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Technical Partner Manager in Atlanta to serve as the primary technical contact for Small Business/Retail ecosystem partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
You will build strong relationships with partner products, engineering, implementation, and support teams to ensure onboarding, integration, testing, and production readiness. You will drive discovery, evaluate technical fit, identify risks, and work with Product and Engineering to communicate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years in technical partnerships or related roles.
- Experience supporting API integrations and SaaS platforms.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery activities for partners.
- Evaluate partner solutions, APIs, data flows, and architecture.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities (Product, Eng, QA, Ops).
- Develop and manage partner integration plans from evaluation to launch.
- Track milestones, testing, and launch readiness.
- Provide technical guidance and enablement to ecosystem partners.
- Ensure documentation and certification standards are met.
- Support partner onboarding and post-launch stabilization.
