Job summary

Arrive is seeking a Senior Director of Payments Partnerships in Atlanta (hybrid) to lead our global payments strategy. You will manage relationships with card schemes, acquirers, processors and fintechs, while directing a small team across multiple regions to drive value and livable city solutions.

You will shape partner roadmaps, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Product, Finance and Legal to ensure compliant, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading payments partnerships at scale.
• Track record negotiating complex contracts with banks, schemes, and processors.
• Proven ability to manage and grow partner ecosystems across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payments partnerships strategy across North America, Europe, Latin America and MEA.
• Mentor and manage a small direct-report team to achieve quarterly objectives.
• Negotiate, renew and optimize contracts with card schemes, acquirers, processors and fintechs.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance and Legal to align regional initiatives with company goals.
• Identify market opportunities and drive strategic initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Establish onboarding and governance processes for payment partners and regional markets.
