Job summary

Highspring seeks a senior financial leader to oversee the organization’s technical accounting function, ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance and policy development. You will guide complex accounting issues, prepare technical memos, and support reporting, audits, and private equity collaboration.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scalable process building, and global team leadership in a fast-growing, PE-backed environment across consulting and professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred).
• CPA certification strongly preferred for senior-level accountability.
• Experience communicating complex accounting to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP/IFRS financial statements across global entities.
• Lead audits and regulatory compliance, maintaining strong internal controls.
• Manage revenue recognition, leases, fixed assets, and intercompany eliminations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and FP&A to assess accounting implications of initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and automation to accelerate close cycles.
