Job summary

Highspring is seeking a seasoned consulting professional to guide finance transformation programs for complex client environments, including M&A, carve-outs, IPOs, and ERP deployments. You will collaborate with senior leaders and deliver executive-ready recommendations.

This role requires strong communication, project leadership, and experience with finance systems; occasional onsite client visits 1–3 days per week, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Consulting, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience with mergers/acquisitions, integrations, or system implementations.
• Experience with Finance & Accounting teams and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Willingness to go onsite to clients ~1-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives with alignment and timely execution.
• Partner with senior team members to deliver strategic initiatives and executive-ready recommendations.
• Lead client workshops, current-state assessments, and requirements gathering.
• Apply finance, accounting, and project management skills to solve complex challenges and deliver tangible outcomes.
