Job summary

Comunidade Metodista is seeking a Senior Technical Global Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting for exempt engineering roles across multiple countries. You will build talent pipelines, partner with HRBPs, and drive data‑driven hiring plans while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires a proactive hunter mentality, experience with internships/co-ops, and strong sourcing through diverse channels. Excellent communication and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with internships and co‑ops.
• Familiar with OFCCP and VEVRA guidelines.
• Recruiting across diverse disciplines, engineering/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong data/reporting to improve processes.
• Experience negotiating offers for leadership roles.
• Influence and trust at all levels.
• Knowledge of immigration laws a plus.
• Metrics, analytics, and TA reporting expertise.
• Proficiency with ATS, candidate management, and behavioral interviewing.
• HR policies, employment laws, and corporate recruitment practices.
• Executive presence with communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with exec comp, total rewards, relocation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on employment branding, sourcing strategies, and recruitment marketing.
• Design talent pipelines, referrals, events, and targeted sourcing campaigns.
• Stay ahead of best practices and technologies in TA and propose improvements.
• Partner with HRBPs to support talent management and workforce planning.
• Act as a brand ambassador through social media and channels.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
