Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in tech/engineering/aerospace/defense/manufacturing.
• International recruiting experience, with national/multi-location experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, software, manufacturing, operations, or defense roles.
• Experience using AI-enabled sourcing tools, social networks, and direct sourcing.
• Familiarity with ATS, preferably Workday.
• Strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand objectives and talent needs.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for open roles using AI tools and networks.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to close.
• Facilitate candidate feedback and timely hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Build relationships with leadership to act as a trusted advisor.
• Support onboarding activities.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve efficiency.
• Participate in HR and TA projects as needed.
