Teledyne Brown Engineering in Huntsville is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to build our teams behind NASA, defense, and advanced engineering programs. You will own full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, engineering, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies.

Qualificações

• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting capabilities.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering results.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
