Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent.
• Strong sourcing, relationship-building and consulting capabilities.

What We're Looking For

• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or government contracting talent.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and consulting capabilities.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and passion for delivering results.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
