Job summary

Teledyne FLIR Defense is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full lifecycle recruitment with a strong international focus, mainly supporting roles outside the U.S. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to craft talent strategies and ensure workforce planning aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within technology, engineering, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or related technical environments.
International recruiting experience, with national or multi-location experience preferred.
Experience recruiting technical talent including engineering, software, manufacturing, operations, or defense roles.
Proficient with AI-enabled sourcing tools, social platforms, and direct sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business objectives and talent needs.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using AI-enabled tools and direct outreach.
Manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
Provide market insights and recruiting recommendations to guide decisions.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance.
