Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting in tech environments.
• Experience recruiting international roles and across multiple locations.
• Proven ability to source top technical talent including engineering software manufacturing.
• Experience using AI-enabled sourcing tools and direct sourcing.
• Proficient with ATS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership.
• Data analytics and recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand objectives, hiring goals, and talent needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using AI-enabled tools and networks.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer and closing.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback.
• Deliver market insights and recruiting recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and ensure compliance.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and advisor to business partners.
