Adyen in San Francisco seeks a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead a global tech recruitment team, shaping our talent strategy with senior tech leaders. You’ll partner with CTO and engineering leadership to ensure high-quality hires and efficient processes.

To ensure a future with the best and most diverse Tech talent for Adyen, we’re looking for an experienced leader to join our Global Recruitment Leadership Team in our San Francisco office. In this role you’ll be leading a team of (mostly) Senior Tech Recruiters while also creating and driving our global Tech Talent Acquisition Strategy. You’ll be collaborating directly with our CTO, Global Head of Product, Global Tech (Engineering & Product) Leadership Team and Lead HRBP’s.
The annual base salary range for this role is $195,000 - $260,000. Compensation is based on factors including qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation package includes equity (RSUs), 401(k), health, dental, vision, and more.
This role is based in our San Francisco office. We're an office-first company and expect employees to work in-office at least 3 days a week on average.
