Datasite is seeking a dynamic Corporate Technical Recruiter for a 3-month contract in a hybrid NYC role. You will drive end-to-end hiring for senior technical roles across multiple locations, partnering with engineering leaders and HR.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Data, AI, and Product, with strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. Workday Recruit experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with success recruiting technical roles (Data, AI, Product).
• Global recruiting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across multiple locations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies targeting active and passive technical talent.
• Evaluate technical skill sets to ensure candidates meet functional and organizational requirements.
• Provide consultative insights and market intelligence to help leaders plan for future technical workforce needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with clear communication.
• Manage a diverse, high-volume requisition load.
• Utilize employer branding, social media, and creative sourcing to attract top talent.
