Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a hybrid role based in Columbus, OH. You will lead complex technology programs, align product, engineering, and business objectives, and drive portfolio planning and governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across global vendor partners, track milestones, risks, and value realization, and report to executive leadership with clear, data-backed status updates.

Qualifications

• Oversee delivery across multi-vendor and distributed teams, ensuring accountability and value realization.
• Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and metrics to executives.
