Job description

We are seeking an experienced Client Delivery Partner to lead a large-scale, multi-workstream technology transformation program for an enterprise client in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a senior delivery, portfolio, and client leadership role, not a hands-on engineering position. The ideal candidate will combine strong program and portfolio management expertise with a solid understanding of cloud transformation, infrastructure/server migrations, application and legacy modernization, AI-enabled modernization, and DevOps.

The Client Delivery Partner will own end-to-end delivery, program financials, resource management, governance, client relationships, and account growth while leading globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical programs and workstreams, including scope, schedule, quality, budget, risks, and outcomes.
  • Manage the client engagement as a portfolio, establishing strong governance, executive reporting, RAID management, change control, and escalation processes.
  • Lead delivery across cloud transformation, server/infrastructure migration, legacy/application modernization, AI-enabled modernization, and DevOps initiatives.
  • Partner with architects and engineering leaders to validate technical approaches, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery risks.
  • Drive consistent adoption of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud operating practices.
  • Own program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, margins, profitability, staffing mix, and commercial performance.

Lead resource planning and capacity management across multiple projects and globally distributed delivery teams.

Serve as a senior client-facing leader and trusted advisor to executive, business, and technology stakeholders.

Manage executive communication, delivery reviews, risks, issues, escalations, and organizational change.

Lead teams across the US, India, and other global delivery locations.

Collaborate with internal Centers of Excellence across Cloud, AI, Data, Security, DevOps, and Quality Engineering.

Partner with Sales and Presales on proposals, solutioning, SOWs, delivery feasibility, staffing models, and account expansion opportunities.

  • Support hiring, interviewing, vendor management, and procurement to ensure appropriate project staffing.
Required Qualifications
  • 12+ years of technology delivery/program management experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise technical programs.
  • Proven experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects/workstreams.
  • Strong experience with cloud and infrastructure transformation, including Azure, AWS and/or GCP.
  • Experience delivering server/infrastructure migrations and application/legacy modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI-enabled modernization is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ownership of program financials, budgets, forecasting, margins, utilization, and profitability.
  • Strong enterprise client and executive stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience leading globally distributed/onshore-offshore delivery teams.
  • Experience within a technology consulting, professional services, or systems integration organization.
  • Demonstrated involvement in presales, SOWs, solutioning, and account growth.
Preferred Experience

Experience within Utilities, Energy, Power, Infrastructure, or another highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.

Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL, Azure, AWS, or GCP are advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
