12+ years in technology delivery and program management.

Experience with server migrations, cloud transformation, legacy modernization, and DevOps.
Experience managing globally distributed delivery teams across regions.
Experience running a client account as a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of a large, multi-workstream technical program.
Manage portfolio of concurrent projects with governance, reporting, and prioritization.
Apply scope and change management across all workstreams.
Establish and run program governance with steering committees and RAID logs.
Own the program budget and report margins and profitability.
