Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.

• Experience in PMO-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating business and IT stakeholders is highly desirable.
• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder engagement & business requirements.
• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, quality standards, and communication.
• Oversee project execution and monitor progress against approved plans.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, and executive-level updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues, bottlenecks, and deviations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across project teams.
• Identify, assess, document, and monitor project risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes through formal change-control processes.
• Track issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate business and IT resource allocation.
• Manage vendor relationships and support vendor onboarding activities.
• Assist with technical requirements, compliance, and contract-related activities.
• Coordinate with quality, security, architecture, and other technical teams.
• Monitor vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Develop communication plans and lead status/risk/quality reviews.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and project documentation.
• Coordinate go-live planning, rollout readiness, and implementation activities.
• Ensure project closure activities are completed.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions and document project outcomes.
