Qualifications

• 2–3 years supporting technology projects, system implementations, or related project coordination activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional efforts involving planning, coordination, and documentation for major initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning, documentation, and coordination for updates to core business and technical processes.
• Provide inputs to project management activities including timeline development, milestones, task tracking, and status reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of enterprise-wide technology initiatives and clear communication of roles.
• Manage relationships and communications across internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate system implementation activities from requirements through deployment and adoption.
• Plan and oversee QA/testing activities, issue tracking, validation, and resolution for changes impacting connected systems.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing preparation and access.
• Assist in managing enhancements and defect fixes from intake through deployment and validation.
