Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Chicago to lead large-scale technology programs across product, engineering, and business lines. You will own portfolio planning, governance, and value realization while coordinating globally distributed teams and vendor partners.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management experience in complex technology environments.
• Excellent understanding of program budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

• Experience working in multi-vendor and globally distributed delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale technology programs aligned with product, engineering, and business roadmaps.
• Own program and portfolio planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
• Utilize Jira for program planning, dependency management, release tracking, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive program governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee delivery across multi-vendor and distributed teams, driving accountability and execution excellence.
• Track program outcomes and ensure realization of business value and strategic objectives.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key metrics to executive leadership.
