Global Payments Inc. is seeking a highly collaborative Technical Partner Manager to drive the lifecycle of partner integrations for SMB Restaurant ecosystem partners.

You will lead technical discovery, evaluate API and data-flow designs, and coordinate with product, engineering, QA, and support to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The role emphasizes managing certification processes, collaboration across teams, and ongoing enablement for ecosystem partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical partnerships or related technology roles.
• Experience supporting API integrations, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
• Strong ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery activities for prospective and existing partners.
• Evaluate partner APIs, data flows, architecture designs, and technical fit within the Genius ecosystem.
• Identify integration opportunities, risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to gather technical requirements and communicate them clearly.
• Develop and manage partner integration plans from evaluation to production launch.
• Track milestones, testing, and deployment readiness for integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time partner delivery.
• Support successful partner launches and post-launch stabilization.
