Job summary
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Performance Optimization Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for global analytics capabilities. You will design, build, and deliver MMM solutions, global dashboards, and KPI frameworks to measure and optimize marketing investment across brands and channels.
The role involves leading a cross-functional team, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures, and ensuring governance and quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience delivering performance optimization, promotional analytics, or marketing effectiveness solutions in pharma or life sciences, including hands-on MMM or similar optimization frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role with hands-on technical leadership of a development team.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver scalable, secure analytics and reporting solutions for marketing mix modeling, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
- Lead technical delivery, translate requirements into executable tasks, and manage agile ceremonies.
- Mentor software engineers and vendor partners to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions across brands and regions.
