The Senior Manager, Commercial Performance Optimization Technical Lead, provides hands-on technical leadership for the Global Capability team delivering MMM, dashboards, and KPI frameworks at scale.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience delivering performance optimization, promotional analytics, or marketing effectiveness solutions in pharma or life sciences.
- 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or equivalent with hands-on leadership of enterprise analytics platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team and drive work plans, building, configuration, and integration of software aligned to business needs and technology standards.
- Design and deliver MMM solutions, global dashboards, and KPI frameworks across brands and regions.
- Translate requirements into scalable, well-governed reporting and analytics solutions with roadmaps and prioritization.
- Mentor software engineers and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance in all analytics outputs.
