Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Advanced Analytics & Optimization to lead enterprise performance analytics, predictive modeling, and Voice of Customer insights within Customer Experience Operations.

You will drive strategy, manage global capabilities, and mentor a high-performing team to translate data into action and deliver measurable business impact for Jazz and its customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in performance analytics, marketing analytics, or optimization roles.
• Pharma/healthcare experience preferred with marketing mix modeling and enterprise reporting.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams in matrix environments.
• Strong communication and strategic storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance analytics, advanced analytics, and predictive modeling initiatives.
• Oversee teams delivering standardized measurement, insights, and optimization across channels.
• Partner with CX Data Tech Leads to align data infrastructure and AI enablement.
• Translate analytics into actionable business decisions and measurable impact.
