Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms to shape data-driven decision making across the enterprise. You will partner with the Technology Domain Lead to build a unified, governed commercial data foundation and enable 360-degree customer views across brands and regions.

You will lead a team of CX and data professionals, drive data standards, governance, and scalability, and collaborate with analytics, marketing, and customer engagement to deliver

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading global data enablement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, and master data management.
• Experience with data platforms (data fabric/mesh, Snowflake, AWS Redshift) and analytics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a regulated industry.
• Experience with Agile product development and AI/ML workflows.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and multi-year strategy for Commercial Data Enablement & Platforms.
• Define scalable data operating models for commercial data governance and quality.
• Own budget, resource planning, and investment decisions for capabilities.
• Lead and develop data talent and cross-functional leaders.
• Partner with DX leaders to align data strategy with CX priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end data operations and vendor performance.
• Travel 20% to 30% as required by business needs.
