Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Performance Optimization Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership and architectural guidance for the Performance Optimization Global Capability team within the Advanced Analytics & Optimization suite. You will lead design and delivery of MMM and global analytics platforms while building scalable data pipelines.

You will mentor engineers, align with security and governance standards, and drive cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience after Bachelor’s degree in delivering performance optimization, promotional analytics, or marketing effectiveness solutions in pharma or life sciences, including hands-on ownership of MMM or comparable optimization frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or similar role involving managing a team of developers.
• 2+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms such as marketing mix modeling solutions, experimentation and optimization approaches, and KPI-driven analytics systems.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations with multiple technology and capability teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide developers and vendor partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Technical Roadmap Development with roadmap and trade-offs.
• Lead technical delivery of MMM, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-team problem solving.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory compliance in solutions.
• Enable self-service dashboards and scalable analytics assets.
