Job summary

Databricks is seeking an Alliance Leader to own the partner management function with Boston Consulting Group (BCG). You will drive strategic partnership planning, sponsor development, capability and solution development, and thought leadership to grow the Databricks ecosystem.

You will report to the VP of Partner Program and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the partnership, expand opportunities, and manage executive relationships across zones and regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with management consulting providers.
• Experience working with senior executives.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Proven relationship management and planning skills.
• Ability to develop governance structures and processes.
• Strong execution and enablement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner management function for BCG, including strategy and governance.
• Develop sponsors, capabilities, and solutions to expand Databricks adoption.
• Lead thought leadership and joint go-to-market with partners.
• Drive business development and pipeline through the alliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Partner Program.
