Job summary

Expedia Group seeks a Director, Global Procurement - Technology, AI & Contact Center to set multi-year category strategies for technology spend and lead AI-enabled transformation. Qualifications

• Deep category expertise in technology, software, cloud, AI or contact center sourcing.
• Proven record of strategic category management with multi-year roadmaps and financial returns.
• Proven skill negotiating large, complex agreements and managing strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience leading high-performing teams as a line manager and subject authority.
• Ability to turn innovative ideas into practice using AI and automation in sourcing and contracts.
• Advanced leadership and decision-making with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year category strategy for Technology, AI and Contact Center spend with savings goals and margin expansion.
• Sponsor transformation such as tooling, AI enablement and new operating models with measurable outcomes.
• Lead negotiation of strategic contracts and AI agreements with high-term risk and renewal focus.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and strategic vendors for 360-degree decisions.
• Translate enterprise strategy into category roadmaps and explain trade-offs to execs.
• Model agentic AI and automation in sourcing workflows to enable value delivery.
• Develop managers and senior ICs to ensure empowerment and engagement.
• Represent Global Procurement & AP with Finance, Legal, Technology and business leaders.
