Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year category strategies for technology, AI and contact center spend.

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and key vendors.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear category roadmaps for executives.
• Model agentic AI and automation to improve sourcing workflows.
