Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Tax and Treasury Senior Manager to own global tax operations and treasury activities in a remote setting. You will collaborate with finance, external advisors, and business leaders to support international expansion, product tax considerations, and strategic decisions.

The role requires leadership in cash management, banking relationships, debt administration, and FX risk oversight, with a focus on compliance across multi-jurisdictional environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive tax experience with treasury exposure.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and multi-state tax, ASC 740, and international tax concepts including transfer pricing.
• Experience with indirect tax issues affecting software, SaaS, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Own the global tax compliance calendar across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage external tax advisors and oversee tax return filings and audits.
• Lead income tax provision process under ASC 740, including deferred taxes.
• Own transfer pricing policies and documentation for cross-border transactions.
• Manage indirect tax compliance for software subscriptions and marketplace transactions.
• Evaluate tax implications of new products and international expansion.
• Oversee global cash management and banking relationships for efficiency.
• Administer debt facilities and manage foreign exchange exposures.
